The Galician Competition Court (GCC) and the Galician Service for the Defence of Competition (GSDC) will apply the procedural regulations established in State legislation regarding competition; i.e. fundamentally, Law 16/1989, and additionally, those corresponding to Law 30/1992 (26 November) which regulates Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure.
Article 16.1 of Law 6/2004, states that those acts on the part of the GSDC that give rise to defencelessness may be appealed against before the GCC, while Article 16.2 alludes to the fact that the definitive resolutions of the GCC exhaust administrative procedures, and against these it will be possible to lodge those appeals that are established in the regulations on common administrative procedure.
Disciplinary decisions made by the GCC shall be published in the Official Gazette of Galicia (DOG); non-disciplinary decisions may also be published (Article 17 of Law 6/2004).
Law 6/2004 states that the Public Administrations shall be obliged to offer the bodies responsible for the defence of competition all the information that they may require to carry out their functions.
